The drop in tray is used to add additional storage space for remote controls, chargers, manuals and extra cords that you never can find. You can put the items you seldom use in the lower half of the drawer and the ones you use more often in the drop in tray. The tray can be placed in any of the cube drawer that you like.   To see  how  the  tray  works  watch  a  short  video  on  You Tube.  The tray will only work in the CD3 and CD4 cubes. When the tray is used CD's and DVD cannot be stored in the drawer.
